Plain-English summary

4muddypawz is an AI-assisted dog training accountability app. We use the information you give us, including short training clips and dog profile information, to provide your account, assess your submitted training reps, generate feedback, track your progress, and operate the app.

Some uploaded photos or videos may contain personal information, for example your face, voice, home, garden, children, other people, location clues, or dog collar/tag details. Please only upload footage that you are comfortable using for training feedback, and avoid including other people unless you have their permission.

We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers to provide the app.

We do not use your uploaded clips or dog photos for marketing, testimonials, public examples, or model improvement unless we tell you and, where needed, ask for your permission.

5. AI and video processing

When you submit a training clip, we may process the clip using automated tools and AI models.

AI feedback is based on the clip. The AI may be wrong, incomplete, or uncertain, especially if the clip is poorly framed, dark, noisy, too short, too far away, or missing the relevant action.

6. Automated decisions

The app may use automated assessment to decide whether a submitted session receives a “Pass” or “Remain” outcome within the training pathway.

“Remain” does not mean failure. It means the app has identified that the current game or stage should be repeated before progression.

7. Uploaded videos, photos, and other people

Training clips and dog photos may accidentally include:

  • your face or voice
  • family members
  • children
  • visitors
  • neighbours
  • other dog owners
  • home interiors
  • house numbers, street signs, or location clues
  • private conversations

Please try to film only what is needed for training feedback. Do not upload videos containing other people unless you have their permission or you are responsible for deciding that the upload is appropriate. Do not upload videos of children unless you are their parent/guardian or have appropriate permission.

Do not upload content showing cruelty, unsafe handling, illegal activity, private information, or anything that infringes another person’s rights.
