• what happened;
• what you expected to happen;
• the device and browser you were using, where useful;
• and, if it helps, a screenshot.

Please do not send passwords, sign-in links or other security details.

Training and feedback questions

Questions about your dog's training, or about the feedback you received on a training clip, can be sent to the same address. It helps to include the training name and roughly when you recorded the clip.

Email support is not an emergency, veterinary or behaviour service, and replies are not immediate. If your dog is unwell, in pain, or there is a risk to people or animals, stop training and contact your vet or a suitably qualified professional.
