Your account

Delete your 4muddypawz account

You can ask us to permanently delete your 4muddypawz account and the personal information associated with it.

Account deletion is currently handled by email. Send your request to:

info@4muddypawz.co.uk

Use the subject Account Deletion Request and send your request from the email address you use to sign in to 4muddypawz. If you cannot use that address, tell us and we will ask for other information to confirm the account is yours.

What will be deleted

Once we have confirmed the request, we will delete, or where deletion is not possible de-identify, the personal information associated with your account, including:

  • your account and sign-in record, including your email address and first name;
  • your dog's profile, including name, date of birth and home arrival date;
  • dog photos you uploaded and the illustrated avatar created from them;
  • training videos you recorded or uploaded;
  • AI-generated feedback and reports;
  • training progress and session history;
  • newsletter sign-ups, Marker Game reminder subscriptions and tester applications made with your account email address;
  • your Terms and Privacy acceptance records and saved cookie choices linked to your account.

What may be kept

Some limited information may remain after your account is deleted:

  • in our service providers' backups, until those backups are overwritten on their normal cycle;
  • where we need it for security or to prevent misuse;
  • where we must keep it by law, for example records of any past payment for tax and accounting;
  • where we need it to deal with a complaint or dispute;
  • as de-identified statistics, such as sign-up and campaign measurement counts, that no longer identify you.

Clips submitted through the Marker Game without an account are not linked to an account. If you want one of those deleted, include roughly when you uploaded it in your email so we can try to find it.

Before you ask

Account deletion is permanent.

Once it is complete, your training history, videos and reports cannot be recovered. If you only need help signing in or using the app, email us or visit our contact page instead.

How long it takes

We aim to complete verified account deletion requests within 30 days.
